When will my medication be delivered?

Prescriptions will be reviewed and verified by a pharmacist before they are shipped. After this review, it will be shipped using the delivery method you select. Same-Day Delivery is available in many locations.

For a personalized delivery time and cost estimate, visit your Pharmacy Dashboard and open up the medication's detail page. All shipping time frames are based on when the order ships.

If you do not have a prescription on file, you can search for your medication to view its detail page and your personalized delivery estimate.

What are the Prime benefits at Amazon Pharmacy?

Prime members save up to 80% on brand and generic medication at Amazon Pharmacy. We also make it easy to check your insurance copay and use coupons. Prime members can also subscribe to RxPass and get all eligible medications just $5 a month—total—no matter how many prescriptions you have.

Do Prime members get free 2-day delivery with Amazon Pharmacy?

We try to get your medication to you quickly—but safety is our top priority. Some medications require specialized or refrigerated packaging, and additional health checks by our pharmacists. And in some locations, we are unable to deliver on Sunday.

Once you sign up for a medication with automatic refills, we deliver your next order before you run out—so you’ll always have enough.
