For adults: Go to 'Manage health access' in account settings and select 'Invite someone to help.' Just enter their name and mobile number.
For children: When signing up for Amazon Pharmacy, you can add your child's information and manage their prescriptions directly.
What can a verified caregiver access?
They'll have access to pharmacy information including prescriptions, orders, health information, and pharmacy payment and delivery details. This makes it easier for them to help coordinate your care.
How is my health information protected?
Yes. You control who sees your information. Amazon takes your privacy seriously and protects your health data with industry-standard security measures.

Adults can add up to six helpers. For children under 18, currently only one parent/guardian can manage their prescriptions.
