We try to get your medication to you quickly—but safely is our top priority. Some medications require specialized or refrigerated packaging, and additional health checks by our pharmacists. And in some locations, we are unable to deliver on Sunday.

Once you sign up for a medication with automatic refills, we deliver your next order before you run out—so you’ll always have enough.

You can expect your order in 1–4 days. If you live near Austin, Indianapolis, Miami, Phoenix, or Seattle, your medication may be eligible for same-day delivery. Drone delivery is available in College Station, Texas.

For new prescriptions, most pharmacies take up to 4 days to send us a prescription. It’s faster to have your prescriber to send it directly to us—we usually get it the same day.

Once we have your prescription on file, our pharmacists will review your prescription, health information, and check for drug interactions. Then, we notify you when it’s time to place your order.
