What is the $25 welcome offer?

Eligible new Amazon Pharmacy customers receive a one-time $25 promotional code after placing their first prescription medication order. This is a promotional code, not a gift card — and cannot be applied to prescription medications.

When will I receive my promotional code?

We’ll email your $25 promotional code to the email address on file once your first prescription medication order has been placed. The email will come from hello@email.pharmacy.amazon.com and include redemption instructions.

What can I buy with my $25 welcome offer?

Your welcome offer promotional code can be used on thousands of eligible Health & Wellness products from this page/browse aisles on Amazon.com, but not prescription medications through Amazon Pharmacy.

The redemption code can only be applied to Health and Wellness products that are shipped and sold by Amazon.com.

What happens if I don’t use the full $25 in one transaction?

This is a single-use promo code. Any unused portion of the $25 will be forfeited after your first transaction.

I have multiple prescriptions. Do I get multiple credits?

No, this is a one-time welcome offer for eligible customers only. You receive one $25 welcome offer credit to shop for eligible Health & Wellness products from this page/browse aisles, that are shipped and sold by amazon.com.

Does my promotional code expire?

Yes, your offer code has a set expiry date. Check your email from hello@email.pharmacy.amazon.com for specific date of expiration.

How do I know if I am eligible to receive a promotional code?

This offer is for customers ordering their first prescription medication with Amazon Pharmacy only. To be eligible, customers must 1) visit the promotional page and create an Amazon Pharmacy account before placing their order, and 2) prescription medication must be ordered within 14 days of Amazon Pharmacy account sign-up. Customers with government insurance plans (including but not limited to Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, VA, or other government health plans) are not eligible for this offer. Customers in Alabama, Arkansas, Oregon, and Tennessee are not eligible for this offer. Customers are not eligible if they or any profile on their Amazon Pharmacy account have a previously ordered prescription medication.

I used to use Amazon Pharmacy years ago but stopped. Am I eligible now?

This offer is for customers ordering their first prescription medication with Amazon Pharmacy. This offer isn’t available if you’ve previously received a prescription medication from Amazon Pharmacy, but we’d love to welcome you back and are always working on new ways to reward our customers.

Who do I contact if I haven’t received my promotional code?

If you have any questions or if you have confirmed your eligibility, completed your signup, and still have not received your promotional code, chat with a representative.

Do you take my insurance?

Amazon Pharmacy accepts most insurance plans. Here’s how to check insurance coverage for your specific plan:

1. If you are a new customer, check if we accept your insurance plan.

2. If you already have an Amazon Pharmacy account, you can add your insurance card on the insurance & coupons page. From there, select “Add insurance” and upload a photo of your insurance card, take a picture of your insurance card using your device, or enter your insurance information manually.

How do I check my medication price?

To check a medication's price, search for it on Amazon Pharmacy. You'll see an estimated insurance price and a price without insurance.

The estimated insurance price is based on purchases with insurance over the past two months. Your actual price may differ.

To get your exact copay price, please contact your insurance provider, as they determine the prices. You can also transfer your prescriptions to Amazon Pharmacy. Once transferred, we'll work with your insurance provider to obtain your copay price before you place an order.

How do I transfer or add a prescription to Amazon Pharmacy?

There are 2 ways to send us your prescriptions.

Ask your prescriber to send your prescriptions here (fastest option):

You can also transfer your prescriptions from another pharmacy.

While we do accept prescriptions by mail, it will be much faster for your prescriber to send us a prescription electronically. Visit Can I mail in my prescription? for instructions.

If you are not able to find a prescriber when adding a prescription, ask your provider to send us the prescription directly. You can see the prescriber on file for current prescriptions from the medication detail page.

Note: Prescriptions for controlled substances can only be accepted directly from your prescriber via E-Scribe.

What information do I need to give my prescriber?

Your prescriber can send us your prescriptions electronically (E-Scribe), by fax, or by mail. Here is the information they will need:

Where does Amazon Pharmacy deliver and how fast?

We deliver to physical addresses in all 50 US states. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Amazon Lockers, or other pickup points at this time.

Prescriptions will be reviewed and verified by a pharmacist before they are shipped. After this review, it will be shipped using the delivery method you select. Same-Day Delivery is available in many locations.

For a personalized delivery time and cost estimate, visit your Pharmacy Dashboard and open up the medication's detail page. All shipping time frames are based on when the order ships.
